Natural Movements

from Mettenheim to Worms

And once again the weather was damp and cool, making the 23 km run very unpleasant in places.
The main challenge was to avoid deep puddles.
Worms itself was disappointing; unfortunately, it's a city with hardly any flair.

Natural Movements

In the vineyards near Mettenheim

In the morning it was still dry and I had the feeling the sun was coming out. I felt like moving, loosely and lightly, opening up my joints.

Remarkable

"Natural Movements" are a gentle and relaxed method for getting the whole body moving – without great exertion. Each exercise should be performed for at least one minute to achieve its full effect. The mind should be in a very open, light, and relaxed state while performing the exercises.
The exercises described here are the basis and I like to use them as a morning program to warm up or to make the body more flexible again.
The shoulder, neck, torso and pelvic muscles, as well as the leg muscles, are pleasantly stimulated.

The tapping exercises are like acupressure on the various meridians and acupoints. You'll find that afterwards your circulation is good and you feel warm. And you'll experience an inner desire to move.
